I can confirm that MicroPro Computers in Rathfarnham are terrible aswel. I left my computer in to be repaired and it came back with someone elses sensitive data on it. I went to the so called director Paul Maher to complain about this and he basically told me I was lying. Excuse me I said..I know my own Bank account details from someones elses. Not only that but the so called director was abusive towards me and basically he told me it was all my fault. When I left the computer in I didnt have someone elses information on it you idiot.
I brought the computer to PC world which is on Nutgrove avenue in Rathfarnham too. Only up the road and they confirmed that my computer now had someone elses harddrive in the machine. They advised that I buy a new harddrive and start from scratch. I went into Micropro computers to get a new harddrive in the first place. I believe and so do PC WORLD that micropro gave me a second hand harddrive and tried to pass it off as a new one.
It is well known in the Rathfarnham area that this man Paul Maher in Micropro computers is exploiting cheap labour and also abusing his staff. You will not find one Irish person working there and when you see Paul Maher shouting at his staff in the shop in front of everyone it is border line criminal.
The turn over of staff in the place has everyone in the area wondering why it hasnt been shut down by the authorities.
My advice to anyone thinking of going into this shop is this...STAY AWAY!!! You have been Warned!!

Buyer beware, there is a reason they do not offer a trial or a demo. Customer service is extremely weak, in fact almost run with no integrity. Based off of my personal experience, I cannot recommend this company.
