F1GPT.com did not give me my tickets , did not return my money
I purchased on October 2009 2 tickets for the Malaysian Race in April 2010 , F1GPT.com confirmed recieving my money , in December F1GPT send me an mail saying :Your transaction has been processed on our behalf via a company called E-Clear (UK) Plc, which is currently under investigation for withholding card funds from various companies including the airline Flyglobespan, Allbury Travel Group, SkyEurope and XL Leisure, all of which have gone into administration as a result. F1GPT parent company S.T.Network Int'l Ltd has also been unable to retrieve funds owed and has since switched all card payments to a new service provider, as it is increasingly likely that E-Clear itself will be placed into liquidation after a winding up petition was issued last week by Flyglobespan."
Till today I still waiting for my money to be return . Good luck to you all . I have asked F1GPT many times to return my money , but F1gpt.com always " Please contact your credit card company and ask to get the money back . This is a joke if you ask me . Maybe someone can help me and give advise what to do . Thanks

There is a MISUNDERSTANDING between me and F1gpt, IT�S NOT THEIR MISTAKE�
Once I explained to them (F1gpt) about my situation, they really help me to get my money back with a step by step solution
Their quick response makes me really happy, once the situation was clear for us, they sent my tickets soon, I don�t need to wait for a long time�Now, I have my tickets on hand
