Horrible! Paid them to apply for VA benefits, and found out one year later that we had been lied to for the entire time...no application was ever submitted.
Had the same experience, didn't apply correctly to VA for benefits, and am unable to collect benefits for my father, now deceased, and is unwilling to make the situation right, won't respond to emails. I can accept if a mistake was made however I can not accept ignoring emails, phone calls to make the situation right. My calls and emails are ignored. Going to try and see what my legal options are now. You have been warned, DO NOT USE this company.

They will take your money and not do what you have paid them for. The owner, Barbara Steinberg, should be ASHAMED of herself for cheating families who have trusted her.
